The full version of “Get Lucky”, Daft Punk’s lead single off Random Acess Memories, their new album set to drop in May in Australia, was released yesterday and it is fantastic! The song features Pharrell on vocals and Nile Rodgers on guitar; and harkens back to disco in the 70s, when everyone was having fun. Well, almost everyone.
Psy dropped “Gentleman”, his follow up to “Gangnam Style” this morning. There’s a bunch of stuff happening in the new video that will leave you scratching your head. Things like that hip thrusting dance and the mobile phone game shown on an iPhone. (Samsung diss?).

Psy released “Gentleman”, the follow up to his world wide smash “Gangnam Style” this morning, and its not horrible! In the new video Psy plays an asshole who pranks people while singing “mother father gentleman”.The dance portion of the video reminds me of the Macarena and the costumes are really stylish. Jay-Z dropped a diss track this morning adressed to Republican Florida Cuban politicians who objected to his and Beyonce’s trip to the island nation last week. Titled “Open Letter,” the song does not name Republican Senator Marco Rubio and Republican Representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart explicitly but the mogul did name check “Idiot Wind” after calling himself the Bob Dylan of rap.
