Filipine senator and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao clarified his stance on gays, saying “I am not against gay people,” in an interview Wednesday with the Associated Press. Pacquiao said that he doesn’t support gay marriage because of his Roman Catholic beliefs. He also said he has gay friends and relatives, and supports their rights.
